Making A Ball Joint Doll - Part 3 second layer or clay
So once the first layer of clay was dry I put on another layer to form the basic profile. I know it looks a bit weird and blobby but its just about getting the shape happening. There's no need to be fussy I can always carve back or add more.

Eyes
I ordered some eyes from Mimiwoo and they arrived in the mail today. I got an 8mm pair of grey glass eyes and a 10mm pair of purple acrylic eyes. Still sorting out which ones look and fit best. It's very exiting, feels like everything is coming together. I'll put up some photos of the recent stages soon.
